Hi everyone, for those who have completed physical presence, did you submit a scan of the info page of your passport or a copy of all pages of the passport? Thank you.

Sometimes people miss the email in their spam folder, or they may not receive it at all. In such cases, it's best to call IRCC before your oath ceremony or speak with the oath officer, who can resend the information. However, if you miss everything, there’s no need to call IRCC afterward, as by the time they take action, your e-certificate will likely already be available in your account.
Thank you for your message. We checked and found that there was an email which came the morning after the oath with instructions and an invite code for the portal. Just signed up for the portal. However no citizenship certificate there yet. We will wait for 2 to 5 Business days as told there. Thanks again.

Hi everyone,
I am eligible for the Citizenship and have started the application. My question is , what should I put as the last day of student status under the physical presence tab? My study permit expired on Dec 31,2020 but I received my PGWP on April 20, 2020. Should the last day of my student status be April 19, 2020 or Dec 31, 2020. Please help me guys!

I had the same question and put the day my pgwp started. So, in my case, on the application, i put international student from XXX date until June 3 (day my pgwp was effective) and then worker from June 3 until the day I became a PR. Had no issues.

Thanks, so for the last date as your student status expiration you put the date your study permit expires right?

No, I put the date of my pgwp. The expiration date printed on your study permit is irrelevant if you switch status from student to worker before then.

I wanted to post a couple recent updates for my app:
ID: rara85
Email for Interview on Oct 2 Received Sept. 16
FP Received: Sept 19
BG Completed: Sept 20
Interview Online MS Teams: Oct 2
LPP Completed Spouse and myself: Oct 4

In interview officer told me they were waiting for one more verification and I should receive oath invite in 4-6 weeks. Spouse also had interview same day and was told she is now approved and ready for oath but needs to wait for my app to clear. At least I know what’s going on now so I won’t be constantly guessing!

Hi there, I applied in April, AOR April 8 and I’m in the same boat. Test completed but everything else in progress. What’s your office? Mine it’s Niagara and I’m wondering if this is just a slower office. Thanks!

Jun 4, 2024 (Tracker Updated on 2024-06-07; Email Notice on 2024-06-05): Fingerprints required

Aug 7, 2024 (Tracker Updated on 2024-07-18; Email Notice on July 23, 2024): Interview required- Completed on August 7th

The interviewer told me that everything was completed and my tracker should update within two days but the oath will happen in about two months because of the overload of applications. Its more than two months and neither my tracker has updated nor have I received an oath invitation. But Statuses are shown below.

Language: In Progress (I am Over 55)
Physical Presence: In Progress
Background Verification: Completed
Prohibitions: In Progress
Citizenship Test: Not Started (I am Over 55)
Citizenship Ceremony: Not Started

Is this normal?
