March 2024- Citizenship Application

today I received ghost update for mine and my spouse

LPP completed 22 July

But in tracker still nothing oath scheduled or in progress

Any one have similarly update what will be next ?

I am yet to receive my AOR. I have raised 2 web forms so far but just received a generic response stating "Application is under process"
Can anyone please help ?

You should call IRCC and get your application number using which you can create your tracker account.

I was able to locate my UCI and call IRCC. The lady said that they don't have any records of my application. However when i submitted my application on March 18th 2024, I received an email stating that my application was successfully submitted. I am not able to login as well. I have raised 3 web forms so far. In the first 2 web forms, i received the response that they are unable to find my application. In the third web form they said that they are processing my application and will reach if they need any additional information. The lady on the phone with IRCC suggested to submit a new application with the old receipt of payment. Will this work ? Can anyone help ?

Without application in system, better to submit new one using old receipt of payment.

The interviewer told me that everything was completed and my tracker should update within two days but the oath will happen in about two months because of the overload of applications. Its more than two months and neither my tracker has updated nor have I received an oath invitation. But Statuses are shown below.

Language: In Progress (I am Over 55)
Physical Presence: In Progress
Background Verification: Completed
Prohibitions: In Progress
Citizenship Test: Not Started (I am Over 55)
Citizenship Ceremony: Not Started

Is this normal?
