Please I want help. I have sent my passports and my child to Istanbul application office. They sent me an email with the track ID number, but it came in the name of my child. It did not come with my name. Is this normal?

Same thing happened to me, called CIC and agent told my application is in process.
Linked my application successfully.
Application received: March 23, 2020
No email confirmation yet, agent said I'll get email within 5 business days.

Do you put in your spouses information to link the account?

Folks - just a note re: your biometrics appointment: Ensure that no henna/mehndi is applied on the hands.

They turned back my spouse yesterday because of it and now, we have to rebook it for next week. (Missed to read up on this details on VFS's webpage regarding the Henna)
