Received AOR2 and Pre-Arrival Services Letter today...ECAS says AOR2 was yesterday but I saw it today...Pre-Arrival letter was sent on GC Key.

Check Signature for Timeline. Next step is Decision Made...Estimated Time around 2-3 months.

Hang in there everyone. Good Luck.

Even, we haven't received an email confirming the biometrics appointment. Just got a text message confirming the time on 25th Nov. FYI - VAC is Jalandhar, India.

Anyone in the same boat with no email confirmation/letter and just a text message?

Hi Folks - an update on my end, I had sent an email to VFS requesting if an appointment letter will be forwarded to me after the text message received on the weekend. And we just received the Biometrics Appointment letter from VFS today for our appointment tomorrow at VAC Jalandhar, India after this follow-up email.

try email or phone them they are Good to send an appointment letter without which it will be a problem to ENTER there

Thanks.

I guess first it will be Decision Made and then PPR.

Pre-Arrival Letter seems to be just an automated letter sent by IRCC, according to me. ECAS said that they started processing PAs app yesterday, so don't think the Background Check, Eligibility Check is done within a day.

I am looking at other people's app from last year and no one (PA: India) since November 2019 (post COVID lockdown) have received DM or PPR regardless of their VO being New Delhi, Mississauga, Ottawa.

So we are looking at a long wait...my estimated time is 2-3 months from now.

Does all your stuff show up on ecas as well? I can't get the gckey to work for me.
You got your AOR and stuff on the same day as me, but I'm still waiting for them to tell us the medical is passed, what exactly is the AOR2?

March 23 applicant, after months of waiting. I finally got some progress. I called immigration today and was told that my application is moved to in progress. They said I can remove the X from my temp number and should be able to link my account. After hanging up, I tried linking the application to my online account and to my surprised it worked. It shows 67%complete. I have not gotten AOR or medical request. But at least its a start.

Same thing happened to me, called CIC and agent told my application is in process.
Linked my application successfully.
Application received: March 23, 2020
No email confirmation yet, agent said I'll get email within 5 business days.

Yes it does. You will need to log into GC Key...try using the below forum for help. If you have received AOR1 or SA...then you should for sure be able to login to GC Key.

AOR2 is just an acknowledgement from the VO that they have started processing PA's application.

I didn’t received AOR 1 or SA approval letter but i am able to link my application to gc key and it says in process since 9th November. And medical passed. So whats going on with my application ? Any idea or input will be appreciated. Thank you
