I don't know how I got it!? I never said I was in Canada.. I replied and told them I'm in the U.S.

Yh unfortunately even though its an upfront medicals. You can't do it without the request because of the IME number used to reference your report. You would have to wait patiently. It would sure come

After getting PPR if you think process will be faster. No, it wont be. You need to wait another few weeks (if not months) for 2-way courier payment link. Make the payment and later wait for AWB number (another few weeks)
