I am actually asking this on my friend’s behalf. I am helping her and No,we didn’t send web form. We were waiting for instructions for appointment as they mentioned in their Tweets. We thought that first we will receive that appointment instructions email and then we can apply. The thing is her husband applied through a representative. I thought that the email that representative mentioned in file should be same to book appointment. That’s why we didn’t send any webform.
There is a lot of confusion going on. Thanks for replying though.

U can give any email to wemform BIOMETRICS APPTT.,nothing to do with file with dept

In the same boat as well. Got text message today confirming appointment date and time. Then got 2 emails: is contains username and temp password (I don't know for what?!) & the other email mentioning "please be informed that your appointment has been booked and you will receive the appointment letter on your registered email address".

No appointment letter has been received yet. Not sure what to do?

Yup exactly the same here. It’s a common issue with a lot of people, hopefully the system sends out the emails on Monday.

I submitted adr almost a month back with no confirmation email.. and gckey still shows additional documents required, is this normal and how many days does it take for Ircc to receive the webform and to review it on gckey?
What happens if gckey doesn't reflect the adr submitted by the end of 60days?

We also submitted adr on Nov 3rd. No response yet. Not sure what happens if it didnt reflect after 60 days

Why so late no AOR1? MAY app here and she got meds and Biometrics. see my Signatures

I am calling them from past 3-4 weeks ., getting the same ans "Wait for your turn., Everything looks fine with the file". If everything is fine then what's stopping them to provide AOR., I seen few others posts waiting for AOR submitted on March 25. Not sure what's wrong with March 25th day

Then just have to take it easy. It can be just a matter of misplacing your physical file in a newer set /piles of files. But it is in the system and we cannot complain to MP or so unless it is 1 year minimum these days. Your turn will come no doubt as they can see it. Only reason we must phone in case file is being returned or its way to your home, then it won't show nothing not even an XF file number in that case. So would tell by phoning that "your file is returned" Happened to a friend few years ago . Hence you are safe in that regard however we should remember that file completeness is still due.

March 25th nothing yet, only temporary file number.
