Mine changed today too. Same for me too, just shows received. The third line will appear after the VO starts processing. What does ur My CIC account show?

I can't use myCIC cause I am using a representative and the firm told me not to link the application. However called CIC number and they said the medical results were successful, BC not started and they are reviewing my wife's eligibility.
Oh ok, same with us. We also have a rep and hence cannot link our application, however even our rep is unable to link our application which is the frustrating part coz we have only ECAS to rely on!

You might need to wait for 7-12 business days. I got the 3rd line one week after the VO transfer.
Please fellows , i am on the same boat with you , PA received an update on GCKEY asking for medical exam - but no messages below. I called CIC and the Agent sent me a general e-mail to submit an inquiry for technical difficulties through IRCC Web form !!! 
that didn't help me at all.
Anyway i have a question to you now .. who is responsible for sending the PA the medical request ? is it CIC Mississauga or the Visa office in local country ? specially that we received an e-mail informing us that the file is transferred to the Visa office in PA country!!

Called yesterday about this medical request - false alarm, was asked to submit technical issue. Another thing...asked why on earth the application is sitting for so long in Mississauga, agent said that everything is in order, all docs are received, attached..etc. She couldn't answer why it isn't transferred yet. Maybe someone has an idea?
Did u check ECAS? Are there any updates there? Don't worry I'm sure they will transfer it soon. Mississauga is sending out medical requests for applicants March onwards and then sending a complete file to VO's.Maybe you will get your medical request soon.

I don't know. Mississauga has had my complete file since Apr 25 and it hasn't been transferred and background check hasn't started either so not sure what they are doing there. Whenever I call I get the same response..."everything is in order, everything is on file, nothing else is required from me, someone will get to it, don't worry, it's within normal processing time, blah blah blah"
