Did u check ECAS? Are there any updates there? Don't worry I'm sure they will transfer it soon. Mississauga is sending out medical requests for applicants March onwards and then sending a complete file to VO's.Maybe you will get your medical request soon.

Thanks for respond. Yeah I do check ecas but no change - application received. I hope it will go to the VO soon. Maybe they are waiting to collect more of applications and send them all together...no idea.

Hello guys,

This is my situation, I applied to sponsor my wife outland in march 10 with the help of a consultant. CIC sent him many correspandance like medical Sponsor approval schedule A. He informed me about the medical exam which was done in april and received as well as the schedule A in april. We didn't receive the SA until now and everytime I ask him he say it's normal and don't worry. I called cic this week and they informed that SA was sent in end of march and I was really mad at him. Now the problem that he is away from the country and not answering at all my phone calls, I cannot start the CSQ process since he has the SA or did not receive it I don't know what's going on exactly. All my documents translated are with him and I am stuck not able to do anything. CIC suggested to remove him from the file and get it by my own and at that time they can send me a new SA letter to start the CSQ but all documents are with the consultant I asked CIC what are the document requested yesterday for my wife and they would not tell me since it's my wife application and only her and the consultant can have that information. She is outside and cannot call CIC on the 1-888 so I am stuck and worried now about it and it's adding more delay now. Anyh help from you guys or suggestions?

Firstly, cancel the consultant. Secondly, Get the form 'IMM5476E : USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE" signed by applicant in your favour so that you can represent her to IRCC.

going to go ahead say no, probably not. im sure theres some sort of standard though, most do it fast

Hello guys,
This is the letter my consultant received back in april and do you think with that I can start the CSQ process? it's not mentionned elsewhere on that document so do you guys know is that letter is the SA ? It is not mentionned at all if you live in province quebec you can start the process of applying for the CSQ. I am afraid to send the CSQ and they refuse it!

NO , this is not the letter for Quebec. the sponsor will be receiving a separate e-mail for starting filing a file with Quebec ...
Good point to say " Quebec sent me the CSQ after exactly 3 business days !! " i wasn't expecting that , but that's what happened !!!

Alissone007: The letter the sponsor will receive will mention the VO where the file is being transferred. That's the doc you need for the CSQ so the MIDI knows where to send it.

Supplementary Travels Information IMM5562 form should include or exclude all travels between country of origin and country of residence? Kindly advise

I included all travels back and forth and submitted the imm5562 form upfront but they have asked for it again. Kindly suggest if they might have overlooked it or they are asking for it again because country of origin and residence travels were not be included. I have lots of such travels that may have confused them. Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated. Thx

They ask for all travel, why would you exclude some?

The form doesn't say all travel except A, B or C.

They also asked us for something we already submitted (seems to be quite common actually...). Just resend the same doc.

The agent told me we are waiting for your CSQ, Police and schedule A.. .I told her I didn't start the CSQ because I am waiting the letter and she said well with that one you are able. I called MIDI and they said no... called back CIC and the lady will send an email to CPC to inform them about the situation and I should receive an email regarding that.... really weird and I am kind of lost... So when do we actually receive the SA after the file is transfered to visa office?

We got the letter mentioning the VO after submitting the Schedule A and Police Certificate

Our CSQ request came from the VO

Guys. I got my SA on April 15th. I sent such A and PCC through webform twice and got an email after the second time saying "Your application is located outside Canada (April 30th).

Since then I got nothing. Did not get AOR2 or Medical request. ECAS shows "recieved" for PR application and "DM for sponsorship.

Are there any other active members in this March thread whose medicals are not yet requested?
