Hello, my brother ONIP status changed to DIP couple of days ago. Is there a possibility that the OINP can still be refused at this stage? or does DIP status mean OINP can be approved?

Thank for providing these links. Honestly, AINP through family connection seems to be the hope other than CEC draw to take place with scores at least 503. ANIP draws for family connections are not very often.
