Hey Guys,
My wife received an email from IRCC yesterdat which stated:

We are pleased to confirm the reception of your document. We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration.

Since your file is located at a Canadian visa office, we invite you to contact them too in order to:
  • Report important changes,
  • Provide documents,
  • Obtain information regarding the status of your application, or
  • Enquire on an outcome of a request.
It says that the file is as Canadian Visa Office but me or my wife never received any email saying that they transferred our file to a Visa Office.
and we sent them 2 different webforms with 2 different documents, and this email didn't specify which document they have received.

Is there anybody else in the same situation as me?

Thanks for your time.

Guys...ECAS showed the following line but I never received the email or any correspondence....to those who experience the same issue with me appreciate if you could share what are in the correspondence? Is it Sched A and PCC? How did you submit it?

Permanent Residence
1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 3, 2017.
2.We sent you correspondence on April 25, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Same here Brother. We never received any correspondence and the ECAS said that they sent correspondence on 8th April. I called IRCC and they said that it can be a technical issue.
I would suggest you or get your representative to call IRCC. I hope this helps.

How long is a PCC valid for once a visa office receives it?

I haven't gotten anything after the submission of PCC and Schelule A. I didn't get any transfer or AOR 2 email but my ecas status is now changed to in process. What does that mean?

Someone on here told me those emails go out between 6 and 8 at night and that's exactly when I received mine!

Do you have a third line? That is equivalent to aor2

It depends on where its from. Some for 3,6 or 12 months. Hopefully if its close to expiry the officer will extend the expiration date so you dont have to go through the troubles of getting it again (and spending thr money!)

It's already been submitted. I thought that once they are submitted they are good indefinitely?

My wife ordered a new one the day we submitted the one they have now, which expires in june

It was still valid when I submitted and they successfully attached!

Yup, you are correct. The primary applicant's residential address and mailing address must be listed as the same address. If they are not, you also need to include the Use of a Representative form indicating who actually "resides" at that mailing address and authorizing them to receive your correspondence.
That is not correct, in my case these were different and we did not submit use of a representative form. I believe it may be applicable if the countries mentioned in these addresses are different, then one may need the representative form.
