Guys...ECAS showed the following line but I never received the email or any correspondence....to those who experience the same issue with me appreciate if you could share what are in the correspondence? Is it Sched A and PCC? How did you submit it?

Permanent Residence
1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 3, 2017.
2.We sent you correspondence on April 25, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
I had the same problem. If you can, call the call center and ask them to inform you about the required information or documents.
It can be Schedule A or PCC or even Medical or there of them.

hey guys,

i called CIC yesterday.

I talked with a lady and she told me they send me a request to upload Schedule A , on  April 4th :(, but i never received no request to upload.
She said she will talk with the officer to resend the request to upload Schedule A.

but yesterday, i used IRCC webform to upload Schedule A, would there any problem if i did that?

i also got my SA on April 7th but never received any letter.

thanks
No I don't think so. I had the same problem. The agent wanted me to send the documents via IRCC Web Form.

Hi, i am a 2017 case; I applied on 9th December, 2016.

Can anyone guide me about the relevant thread please? I just joined this place. TIA

How long should I expect to wait for medical request from Ottawa VO?

My apologies, I got confused. I think if Primary Applicant's mailing address is different from the residential address a use of representative form is required. Check with @viva-c I saw they've had issues with this.

Yup, you are correct. The primary applicant's residential address and mailing address must be listed as the same address. If they are not, you also need to include the Use of a Representative form indicating who actually "resides" at that mailing address and authorizing them to receive your correspondence.

When you guys receive a medical request...that was done through the mycic (an email alert that you have a new message in your account) or that was just a separate request via regular email? Thanks.

We don't use mycic but we got a separate email detailing everything along with the documents you have to bring to the physician

What's the difference between ECAS "IN PROCESS" and AOR2/3RD LINE?
For PA's ECAS status:
From what I've observed, In process happens once CPC-M begins preparing PA's file to be sent over to resp. VO while 3rd line shows up as soon VO starts working on the PA's file. Hope this helps :)
PS: Don't have any evidences to confirm this information LOL

What's the difference between ECAS "IN PROCESS" and AOR2/3RD LINE?
When ecas under PR changes to in process it means it is at the VO stage, whether it means it has been sent to the VO or received at the VO I am not sure. When the new line appears in ecas it means they are actually working on the file and have opened it at the VO. This is AOR2

I have received communication from CPC-Mississauga saying ... "You must complete the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form. There is time gap in section 6" after submitting the Schedule A via IRCC webform. I was also asked to submit the form to CPC-Mississauga via mail or through the IRCC Web form. I will be sending the form from India through courier service. Now, my question is which address should I send it (as outland spousal applicant ):

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

or

2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Fax: 905-803-7392

Should I also need to give any heading on the top of the address like "Additional Documents Required" etc.
