I had the same problem. If you can, call the call center and ask them to inform you about the required information or documents.Guys...ECAS showed the following line but I never received the email or any correspondence....to those who experience the same issue with me appreciate if you could share what are in the correspondence? Is it Sched A and PCC? How did you submit it?

It can be Schedule A or PCC or even Medical or there of them.
