They havent update the cic site yet thought they update it every wednesday? dont stress us out.... pls. Update

It does happen, yes sometimes they don't update every week and ends up carrying over into next week. It doesn't mean they are still on March 3 applications at all, good chances they are further on from what it states. Thing is since it doesn't update, all call agents will tell you they are only on march 3 applications still, even though they aren't.

Who will be the first one in March group that receives the second AOR?

Waiting for the positive news?

i guess i belong in the March group. my app was sent in february and also received from courier in February but cic stated they only "officially" received the application on march 2.

How possible is it to get a visit visa for my spouse?

Does the fact that we are applying for the PR help or does it make it harder for her to get the visit visa?

Is it easier to get the visit visa now after the SA or is it harder?

Hey guys! Congrats to all who have gotten their SA recently!

A quick question...

If I happen to be pregnant and just finding out now, do I need to inform CIC?

They only request that you inform them of birth or other actual changes in your family/living situation. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to inform them of a pregnancy but I don't think it will make a difference in your application.

Also, congrats!

Applying for PR do not help for Visitor Visa for Spouse and it should not make it harder unless Visa Officer have a doubt on visit that Visitor might have intent to stay in country after visa will expire.
Few cases in the forum mentioned that after SA got visitor visa and few was rejected also so it not sure that how does it impact for visitor Visa.

My understanding about this:
It's harder to get a visitor visa if you're married with a Canadian since your ties with Canada will be stronger than your home country.
Although it's not impossible at all since you have clear and strong ties in the home country, showing you won't overstay.

Happy days, CIC updated their website, Working on March 17 applications, you see that DanSlh, soon as ours reach the embassies we are underway :D p.s check your inbox bud.

They were working very hard last week.

The waiting time has been reduced to 56 days Vs. 63

That explains the amount of emails that were sent to us last week.

Still waiting for the first one in this group to receive the second AOR :)

Good chunk of embassies don't do AOR 2 Sa3Sa3, not many at all
