My ecas status is still 'in process' and my application was received on the 16th of March and AOR recd on April 22 ..

Is there some sort of an issue with my file or missing documents .. what could be the reason for me not receiving at-least a status change of Decision Made by now !!!???

Morning guys , so late yesterday I did end up getting an email by CIC stating I was SA, but unfortunately I wasn't the lucky one who's file wasn held in Mississauga for final processing and my file has indeed been sent to London for second phase and final decision .

Why would it be better if they process the second phase in Mississauga? Is it faster there?
What are the cases that they hold in and process them in Mississauga. Any idea?

Yes its faster there. No delays in transport either. Its luck of the lotto if it remains there or not. Its to help balance work loads to the embassies.
