Ok we have SA. I want to know how long will it take for CIC to grant a PR? Does anyone know the average time after receiving SA? I went on CIC website and it said 15 months for processing stage 2.

Depends on wich visa office.
If I'm not wrong, you were transfered to Ottawa, right?
The average time is 8-10 months.

Your application went to Ottawa, right? 15 months is how long it takes to get through 80% of the applications - it does go faster than that. So if it went to Ottawa, people from September have just started getting decision made on PR. I would guess realistically you are looking at roughly an October timeframe unless they start speeding things up in Ottawa.

You can check this thread, it's about Cairo VO.

Idk if there's a spreadsheet but I think so.
And about the transfer: yes, it goes to the visa office abroad judging by the country of the principal applicant.

Mondays usually are pretty slow. I think emails about AOR and SA go out the next day after the work is done, so there usually is more activity from Tuesday on...
