It does not mean its rejected but it is a concern because all march applicants CC has been charged and they are just waiting for the AOR.

I am not charged either... I think we do not have to worry.. be positive.. I checked in Feb applicants forum and some of them got their AOR after 3 months...

Heres the CIC mail address, not sure if they'll use this mode of communication and reply, but in case if you guys wish to mail them, then don't forget to mention any of these details, Full name of Principle Applicant, Country, NOC, DOB, Date of application received at the office.

And theres a number posted on page 49 on this thread by a member..

we still waiting for our AOR we sent it 9th of March
So we think about 79 days by the time they got it and CC was debited on 15th of April so thats about 36 days ago so fingers crossed it might come this week

Received by CIC : 24th March 2010
D.D. (Payment Received by CIC) : 19th April 2010
AOR by e-mail : 25th May 2010 (61 Days)

wish all who are waiting for their AOR get it soon.

In my case i believe that they have taken decision on 19th of April but they have sent me an email after 1 months, so i advice people whose credit cards are already charged be patience and soon they will get good news.

congratulations to you....honestly everytime I see March applicants recieving AORs the more that I feel sad because I had applied March 5, CIC recieved it March 8 but till now no AOR whatsoever and my bank draft is still outstanding..they had not touch my case yet...Few more days and it would be 3months already..Had applied with a consultant under NOC 3152 and 4131...also qualified under category !,2 and 3...and have AEO...dont know whats keeping my case..

i see we are under the same NOC and applied one-by-one... do u know when CIO debited you?

someone wrote already that had contacted CIO by phone (in 2 months they applied i guess), CIO responded to contact back (if there was no answer before) after 10 weeks waiting period. So those who have passed 10 weeks of silence and have concern or doubt about their cases drop them a line or give them a call. Hope u'll get decent and positive respond.

My application was recieved on march 17th and my CC has not been charged yet too, my noc is 1111. Its been 70 days now, so i think i"ll wait for another week before contacting them using the phone number mentioned before.

Congrats to those who got their AORs and good luck to those of us still waiting.

i just got my AOR. my application was received by CIO on 24th march 2010, and i got my AOR on 26th may
my heartiest congratulations to all who got their AOR and my best wishes and lots of good luck to those waiting for their AOR.
remember the fruits of patience are very sweet.
