I dont think it has been denied, otherwise, they would have informed you long time ago about it.

I hope you get your PPR soon; they are probably doing verification of documents and claims, and as soon as done the verifications, they will let you know. Please dont despise at all.

You can also apply for GCMS note to see what is going on with your applications.

Hi Dr kbknaidu and JJ-C,

Thanks for your positive response. I haven’t did anything wrong. They have question on our marriage due to some wrong information filled by my in-law in there Canadian visa application by mistake. I have sent them all the require documents which are enough to prove our marriage including my Son’s birth certificate born in 2012.

I am in the US. So is it possible for me to get the GCMS notes by myself? Any help on this is appreciated.

Thanks Again.

yeah you can do that on your own , or else you can even apply from your in-laws or who so ever in Canada , it is always better applying from Canada , so ask somebody in Canada and apply fast so that you can take breath with confidence that you file in under review any ways all the best and stay positive .... ;D ;D ;D

Happy New Year 2014! After initial landing in July I finally moved back permanently and so far so good.

Thank you again,

Good news, they replied to my lawyer's email and send me the medical request in the email today. They have also requested bunch of other documents including below:

Updated State Police Certificates for yourself and your spouse for each state resided in for at least 6 months.

Could you please help me if you have any information on how to obtain this?

Also, do I need to send them FBI clearance certificate? they did't mention it in the email and I have sent them it with my initial application.

Appreciate any help on this.

Thank you.

Many Congrats to you, first.

Also, are you living in U.S? If so, I guess the FBI clearance should be equivalent of the police certificate. I believe you are supposed to find the relevant instruction about how to get those kinds of documents for different countries on CIC web site. I remembered I once saw this information on CIC site.
