In this thread credit card denial issue is discussed before and it was noted that CIC will give 30 days time to provide valid payment details. I think you should wait to hear from CIC

Thank you very much. I visited page 31 and there was good news for me. However, its been six to seven days since they attempted to debit my credit card. I should have received email by now which I have not received. This is embarrassing me.

Congratulations to micuza for getting his AOR! Let us continue praying for the rest.

For those who have received their initial AORs, please inform us when you submit your full documents to your respective Visa Offices so we can keep track of your timelines.

I am still gathering my documents. I will seat in the IELTS exams on June 5. Please do pray for me, too. Thank you.

my colleague applied on 10th April and his CC debited yesterday, i applied on 10th march and still no attempt on my credit card - - how can that be possible.

Dear mis,

Check with your credit card company whether CIO have attempted to debit your card. I have the same case I checked my my Credit card company and they told me that CIO attempted to debit my card on May 12, 2010 but failed to charge because of blockage of my card. I received no intimation from CIO regarding this, same may be the case with you.

hi there...we are on the same situation with mis...I applied March 5, CIC recieved it March 8 but untill now no news from them..I am starting to loose hope especially so coz all the March applicants are getting their AOR..just wondering whats wrong with mine..I applied with a consultant though...I just checked with the bank if the bank draft i made for CIc is already encashed but they say it is still there....I dont know what to think now...(sigh)

Do not worry. The CIO timelines are bit stretched from march. Now the average time for AOR is 65 to 70 days as i gather from the march applicant list. I got mine in 62 days. So yours is on its way.

i am just confused on few points, like my colleague applied after a month from the date of my application & and received reply before me. now if CIC has reviewed his application then i am assuming they must have seen mine too & now if they want to reject or accept it they would have do it by now.

confusion is if they are reviewing latest applications, what are they doing with ours. Process is getting little confusing, but i am assuming chances are very they will reject the ones whom they have not contacted yet, in my case 70 days.

my bank say my DD has been enchased 29th March 2010 but still no sign from CIO....

Hello Everybody,

i have read many forums but i actually have a new kind of problem which i didnt come across any forums. I have been asked to send medicals and passport with landing fee at the same time. My passport with landing fee reach Canada CHC new Delhi on 25th April 2010. my Ecas didnt update and showed only "In Process" till this Monday 19th May 2010 and the same day evening when i checked the Ecas status it says the information is wrong and they cannot find the details on my file number. I thoroughly checked the details which i have given to check Ecas status. So i emailed the CHC New Delhi about this, but there is no answer from them till now. If anybody has the same problem please advice on the same.

my application would be 71days tomorrow...i would be happy even if they just encashed the money atleast somethings happening and I just have to wait a little for my AOR but mine is untouched for nearly 3months already....well what can I do but to wait(sigh).

@Nadella - I am also following the forum since long and have seen one case similar to your situation but later the applicant got the PR. This hapenned due to some technical error due to which the message is showing. CHC is not responding due to work load upon them and they hardly give attention to the calls/emails.

So pls don't worry you will get your PR in some days. God is great!!!!
