hello guys, appreciating alot if somebody can help me with the experience certificate/job duties
total duties mentioned at the NOC site are 8, and they should be covering the 102 titles for the manufacturing managers, so theoratically quality managers and plant managers for example should be intersecting in 4 or 5 duties at maximum, however if 70% as you say it means at least 6 duties out of the 8 mentioned for all titles which isn't logic for me....am i correct??

The most important thing in the reference letter is that you should be able to perform the lead statement of your NOC code
while also covering at least 60% of the main duties.

The lead statement is the first paragraph that begins your NOC details as quoted below

0911 Manufacturing managers
Manufacturing managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or of a production department within a manufacturing establishment, under the direction of a general manager or other senior manager. They are employed by manufacturing companies.

Manufacturing Manager was not among the profession last year.

The NOC 0911 is quiet and you have a great chance to meet up before capping is reached.

I will apply as qc manager i have BSc of production engineering, i can proove one year of experience and i depend on ielts, tell me if you have any doubts about qc managers, i have refernce letter from well known company with nearly 60% of mentioned job description.

Focus on your application and worry less on applications
submitted by others.
For this NOC,you will be ok but just be proactive about it.
The rush is not much for Manufacturing manager category.

Please do not copy the lead statement word for word.Try and modify it but yet you still maintain almost the same meaning.
Also in your reference letter please do cover at least 60% of the main duties.
QC as destination doesn't matter provided you cover the lead statement and the main duties.

I just wanted to know if I am applicable to apply as a manufacturing manager as this is the only category which is the closest in the list of eligible professions to my profile.

In as much you can perform the lead statement and at least 60-70% of the main duties of the NOC
for Manufacturing Mgr,your designations at those previous companies will not affect your application

Thanks for your reply. So as per your clarification my designation of QC Manager should not be a problem if my lead statement includes 60-70% of the responsibilities.

Now regarding that I am handling almost all the duties as mentioned in the Main Duties as I am handling things for Plant Manager (As he left when I joined). So from April 2013 I am handling all responsibilities but if I would require any documentation from my company it would mention my designation as QC Manager only. Can that be concern if some Proof/Document for validation of responsibilities has to be submitted?
