I had read all the posts of ksa0510 . All are very informative and to the point answers are given. I am really happy with ur quick response.

So I personally made a request to help me.

I had experience of manufacturing supervisior in a paints industry. My experience is of 4+ years. My job includes from raw material handling to finished stock handling briefly it covers 80% of the job requirements in noc911. I want to know can I be eligible to apply in fsw ? Noc911 ? Will it be okey to apply in October 2014 due to ielts result ?

Yes,you are eligible to apply under NOC 0911.
Please ensure your reference letter covers the lead statement for this
profession.
You can still apply in Oct.2014.The slot for this profession is still widely
open.

Based on current trends, you will be okay in October barring any last minute rush by other applicants in same NOC! ;D

Just ensure the duties stated on your reference letter match those on the NOC list up to 80% and I hope you make good scores in your IELTS.

I have a q regarding eca. Wes get my edu docs and they accepted. But the Account status is 'waiting for verification of the institute'. I have been watching this from last friday. Bt the uni said that,they didnt get any mail from WES regarding verification. Wht to do nw? I am from bangladesh. Plz give me suggestion.

well just applied for manufacturing manager noc 0911, application received on 8th sep 2014, my question is that my spouse is pilot and he works in UAE ONE YEAR before marriage
In 2009
We already dispatch our police certificates from our own country but do my husband required police certificate from UAE AS WELL????
Please advise and any one can guide me us how to get the certificate from UAE
Cause it's being 5 years he left that country

Thanks a lot for your kind guidance. Can you please elaborate on your reply to my question 3 little bit? If FSWP application is still in process, can a candidate still register and apply for "Express Entry"?
Considering the current timelines so far by CIC and New Delhi Visa office can you please help me to approximately understand that--

a) How much time they will take to give me receipt / aknowledgement and subsequently PER and payment charged? My file was sent by courier on 05th Septemebr 2014 from Vadodara.
b) I am eligible for 2232 as well and can produce relevant supporting documents also. Can I apply for this category as well simultaneously?

Please be advised that you should strongly still follow up on your university as that is the only thing you can do.
If you are buoyant financially you can go for ICAS as a back up.Note that ICAS will take you another 8-12 weeks
to get the ECA report.

YES,your husband must get a police report from UAE if he has resided in that country over 6 months.
So as not to waste time,PCC is not mandatory at the initial stage of application submission
Please advise and any one can guide me us how to get the certificate from UAE
Cause it's being 5 years he left that country-Once he resided there for 6months and above,the time you left the country is immaterial and as
such PCC is mandatory.
NoteCC is mainly for background checks.

which is applicant-government relationship.

Yes,you can submit multiple applications.
