Is there a way we can known if they received our passports?

The stupid courier cannot give me the whereabouts of our 3 passports.
As of 8am yesterday, as per their online tracker, it's been out for delivery
The package will be coming form the same city (Makati)
Until 3am this morning, there had been no change in the status of the shipment
Ive been in constant communication with them and they cannot give a straight answer.

saying they don't update on real time their system
only after that the driver has returned to their hub is the only time they update
and up until this morning, they cannot answer where our passports are.

usually hindi po..tracking via courier is the only way pag received ng representative nila

hi there pls help me regarding this matter or any advice. i have received the refusal letter yesterday april 30, 2012. i have notice in the refusal letter that the person stated there is not me. but all the passport,transcript,documents etc is mine. what should i do about this matter. i already call the embassy but they are busy in the processing of other applications which make them un attended. pls help.thanku

I e-mailed the embassy yesterday regarding our situation (the unknown whereabouts of our parcel containing our passports) and I am pleasantly surprised that they replied and told me that they had indeed received our passports last April 30.

I wasn't really expecting that they will reply. I am very very much pleased. They just showed how considerate they are with our situation

I'm glad the recieved your passports What email address did you use to email CEM? is it the Case Specific Email Enquiry web forum page?
