It probably depends on the purpose of your email. They responded to me as well when I reported a change in my spouse's contact information.

WELL I REPORTED THAT MY WIFES APPLICATION SEEMS TO BE LOST THERE I GOT NO RESPIONSE THATS FICKING IMPORTANT

yes i would like to tell everyone i met MDC and her husband today and we had a very nice chat, she arrived here 1 month ago, im sure she will make a good friend for my wife when she gets here if she ever does :-\ :-\

1 year ago it was only taking 2 days to get a PPR, CEM is always changing procedures, and here it is 13 months later and im not even IN PROCESS
