So airport fee is no longer 750? And holders of immigrant visas still have to pay 'travel tax?'
international terninal fee 550Php feb 2012 and march 2013

Yeah, they will hand you the landing card on the plane. It's actually pretty simple and easy to fill.

Anyways comarxx, did you have a flight yet? He's on PAL for June 6.. you can find him there, he's very experienced at airports, but if he's excited he will forget everything :D

I have a spreadsheet I did for wifey. Lists how to answer it. It is a bit misleading if you are immigrating...
Like the address is your Canadian address so it looks like you are "returning".

And remember to bring a pen. I am always forgetting a pen or it isn't handy when it is time to fill that stuff in.

Airlines should hand out pens as a complimentary part of their little package with blinders, socks, etc

On Cathay they mention:
For tickets purchased online or issued outside of the Philippines, the PH tax is to be paid directly to the Philippine Tourism Authority before departure.

So maybe you did pay it but it was already rolled into your ticket price.

This is from the PAL website:

Q: I bought my ticket from your website. Is travel tax already included in the total amount paid?
A: No. Philippine Travel Tax is not included in the total fare quoted online. For international journeys, Philippine travel tax, if applicable, shall be collected by the Philippine Tourism Authority at Philippine Airports.

everybody keeps linking to this site which is not available: http://www.philtourism.com/ttax.html
