Ah, you're right. I saw the date on the first page for stage 1. Was sleepy at the time. So they are still hoping for better news then. That guy with the page update button must be getting antsy by now...

Yeah the quarterly update should have been done about April 16th ... almost a month late. Soon they will have processing times for the updates..."a quarterly update will take 5 months to update"

Is that on form "IMM5490"? I double-checked ours, I can't find that question. What form # and question # would be of great help in searching. Thanks!

I specifically asked my wife about this number when we reviewed our forms before submitting....we just submitted a few weeks ago..and she said that there wasn't one..we left it blank.

That's the general application not the questionnaire. It asks if you have one. if you have one fill out the info. If you don't then put N/A.
Some countries have National ID cards similar to Social Insurance Numbers. To my knowledge there isn't one for the Philippines. You would just fill out the passport info above it.

You mentioned the questionnaire in your first post. Are you high? The national ID number is a question from the general application not the questionnaire.
