Ok, there are 3 fields now. Interview, Re-medical and additional docs. All the original values are in additional docs. I have put N/A for everything else.

I also added a medical date right after the app date and a calc field for how old it is. I am trying to get a query for that working but as usual the thing is being tempermental (works one minute, make a change and no longer works). It should be running soon. The main problem is all the missing medical dates. I added some for testing but if any of you want to find out the rest please fill it in. The formula may change as I am still playing with the query and the formula is part of that.

If you will fill them I can add the columns. But that is a lot of work you will have to do. I can also add a original med data column too if you want. Again you have to fill it. I have enough to keep me busy with trolling threads to update the regular information.

Let me know. I can do it a bit later. Have to head out now (was just doing my afternoon troll here).

Okay! I'm just having a troll as well, busy day and I will be working all weekend but I can find time at night to troll around looking for that data if you want to add the columns... I can start tomorrow evening I think 8)

I've read several accounts of consultants actually slowing things down....and also providing erroneous information.

If neither the above happens and they are actually knowledgeable on the process, then they only ensure document completeness, and that enough and/or quality evidence is provided.

So, my opinion on the application is that its eeeeeasy!

So i think the only was using a consultant can fast track is just by being a complete application, if some that do it on their own don't have forms, docs, evidence, etc.

is anyone in this room just sponsoring their wife that have no children both sides.... I can,t understand why the ones talking in this room have a black line...I,m 53 and my wife is 51 no children.... should have moved faster than this.... and I paid 3100.00 for my lawyer to fill out the application....almost everyone in this room talking has more than just sponsoring their wifes... they have children that are not the sponsors children....6 pages longer on the IMM0008 think about it... children that are not yours sponsor to Canada.... just to get your wife here.... CEM will red flag this.... but hope it moves faster for you... gortandmugs...

and it would be much faster if you can only sponsor if you are Canadian like the States.....not a PR...

Maybe, but the children are important . we sacrificed 4 months after we got married getting him a late registration birth certificate, so he could be included in the visa, if we sent our app rite after we got married, visas were being handed out much faster then,,,,, no japan and no soeul at manila, less rules and legislation

thats why you got the black lines.... the CEM want to know will she hang around or just want to move to Canada.....esp with children.... if you put she has family in Canada other than you.... you will be red flagged... or she can kick you out of your home since she is a PR ....and you will have to pay for them all.... yes a PR has much more rights than a canadian citizen, doubly so if they are women,,, I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE

I think you are jumping to conclusions. While it takes longer to process an application with more than just a principal applicant that doesn't affect your application. Also you are trying to counsel people to not do the very thing that you have done. Great that your wife is a doctor but she won't be able to practice here unless she goes back to school and i doubt at her age she will want to do that. better that you emmigrate there. With a wife who is a doctor you will have a great quality of life.

Just wanted to note that I have a friend that now moved to iloilo because they were refused sponsorship. Maybe it was the time as it was 6 years ago... But his filipina wife was also a doctor and I guess cic viewed that as a red flag because they thought she just wanted a Canadian doctors wage.
