My husband is unable to enter Canada due to a DUI from 9 years ago. He has his rehabilitation all ready to go but is having trouble mailing it. He is currently in France/French citizen. He is required to include a “pre-paid airway bill.” We are unsure how to do this or what this means. The courier services in France have been hugely unhelpful. We have been at this for 1 week and are no closer to the answer.
