Thanks for your reply.
I got couple questions for you;
What was the time gap between your second line and MR?
Did they contacted your employer?

Many thanks in advance

Klaud

Hi my second line was the 27th Feb and the MR letter was dated the 6th March so there was a gap between. I have lived in the UK my whole life so I don't know if that makes background checks easier. As for my employer I don't think they got in touch with them. I suppose that could also come down to what NOC you are as to whether they need to do any extra checks.

Good luck :)

Dear All,
In the ECASE when you click the In Process icone there is a page about the details of application. Below the Client Application Status there is a table as follow:
The following tables will help you understand the status of your application.
1•Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada
2•Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
3•Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia
-------------------------------------------------I was wondering which line is related to MI3 applicant. Please advise me since after checking the content of above items I found number 3 is very much matching with may application status since in my case update received from LVO, it was mentioned that an immigration officer has reviewed my application. Shahzad commented that LVO refered to immigration officer review in CIO during issuing the PER but with refer to the contents of above item number 3; I believ there is an Immigration officer review stage while the case is in VO. So maybe I got approval in LVO as well and.......wallah my mind is not working anymore. This immigration proceedur is driving us crazy. Its better to take it easy. cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeers

But please let me know which line in above table is related to us, so tonigh i will sleep well ;-)

dear aba, I remember we got the second line together. You should have received your MR by now. I wonder what's with the LVO guys ??? ???

When second line appears, does it means BGC is finished? Or its the start of BGC?

One thing more, does anyone knows how long for an MR to reach India (my consultant is based there, im leaving in AUH) from London

I believe the CIO does not have Immigration Officers. They are only based at Visa offices. Your letter was sent from the visa office and it refers to a review carried out by your visa officer at LVO.
Have you requested for your GCMS notes? I think it is worth ordering one.
It may sound crazy, but i order the next one as soon as i get the previous one. Currently I am waiting for my third GCMS notes. I intend to keep doing this until I land in Canada. I am also very keen to gain some understanding of how an application progresses through various stages. Hopefully that info will help the new applicants during their waiting period.
