I believe the CIO does not have Immigration Officers. They are only based at Visa offices. Your letter was sent from the visa office and it refers to a review carried out by your visa officer at LVO.
Have you requested for your GCMS notes? I think it is worth ordering one.
It may sound crazy, but i order the next one as soon as i get the previous one. Currently I am waiting for my third GCMS notes. I intend to keep doing this until I land in Canada. I am also very keen to gain some understanding of how an application progresses through various stages. Hopefully that info will help the new applicants during their waiting period.
Dear ASMB, I received a reply for my case update enquiry from LVO. I don't understand what they are trying to say. Could you please guid me how and which website I should apply for GCMS. The reply is as follow:

Good afternoon,
This application has been reviewed by an immigration officer and determined to have met the Selection criteria for immigration to Canada.
The next steps in processing should take place within the next month. This should include the issuance of medical forms.
We will be in contact in due course.
Yours sincerely,
JMR
