I believe the CIO does not have Immigration Officers. They are only based at Visa offices. Your letter was sent from the visa office and it refers to a review carried out by your visa officer at LVO.
Have you requested for your GCMS notes? I think it is worth ordering one.
It may sound crazy, but i order the next one as soon as i get the previous one. Currently I am waiting for my third GCMS notes. I intend to keep doing this until I land in Canada. I am also very keen to gain some understanding of how an application progresses through various stages. Hopefully that info will help the new applicants during their waiting period.

How much do GCMS cost?

Morning Fellow Patience Sufferers,

Hoping we start getting some good news today :-)

Hi guys :D
I am thinking to send CSE by myself without knowledge of my handicapped lawyer
Is this action may confuse LVO and later they will not send any e mail to my handicapped lawyer and use my e mail for all future correspondences instead of his one ???

Please advise

My time line
Application sent Nov. 2011
file no 03 Feb 2012
address appeared 07 June 2012
P.o.box disappeared 14 June 2012

Hello Archit,

Exactly same thing happened with my e-case. Our application timelines are different but the address appearing and POBox disappearing timelines are same. I hope it means they are working on our files.

As far as your query is concerned they may refuse to communicate with you as you have appointed a representative. Rare chances are that they may reply. No chances of confusion though.

Go ahead send a message and see what they say…

Friends,

I have sent an email about case specific update to LVO last month.
Find below their reply.

Thank you for your correspondence.

We have noted the content of your email and have made a note on file and it will be reviewed by the immigration officer.

I dont know when they will reviewed my file.

Dear Bancklaud,

I think your case is in IN-PROCESS.

Would u plz tell me before that time of period, has LVO verified your employment? ( if yes, through Phone or otherwise)

Secondly, I wish you to guide me that what kind of job description should I mentioned in my employer letter, as my current employer is not a professional ones and has only issued simple letter indicating very limited information which does not comply with the requirement. Your support would definitely help me out to get appropriate letter.

Kind Regards

dear aba, I remember we got the second line together. You should have received your MR by now. I wonder what's with the LVO guys ??? ???
