1. You can apply for Off campus work permit after studying for the first 6 months (and also maintaining a good academic standing) from a recognized school (List of recognized schools www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp ) The processing time to get Off campus work permit is around 45 days which mean you can't work for the first 6 months + 45 days. However, you can apply for a job.

Humber, Seneca, Sheridan all are at same level. They are pretty decent choices in Toronto. You can can get 8 or 12 months work permit on completion of your course (depending on length of the program).

But Humber college offers one semester=4 months mean 2 semesters=8 months then what will be the duration of our work permit?

Work permit is your visa to stay. After completion of your education, your study visa turns into post study work permit.

You really do not need SOP for visa purpose. It is something which can be additional or unnecessary. This is normally for institution. The coverletter must include check list of documents submitted in detail. This is in addition to brief checklist (with study visa application form) that needs to be submitted.

2. Yes, two consecutive programs may result into a 2 or 3 years PGWP, however the gap in studies between the two programs MUST NOT be more than 2 years.

lsbf student can get work permit easliy in working temporarily in canada option if student get canadian employer job letter and if you get work temporarily in canada work permit you get canadian PR only 2 to 3 years easily see this link frequently ask question(cic.gc.ca/english/information/faq/study/index.asp) and go to work permit for student
