Thank you for the support! The reason she didn't sponsor him was because she married a man from Jamaica herself and that fell apart once he came to Canada. It is clear with the photo's that I have received they are one happy little family.
My question is, does anyone know the process once I make the call, is he forced to leave the country. What are the steps? I have contact a lawyer, which he tells me to keep it civil until he has everything in order.
In the name of all that is holy, WITHDRAW YOUR APPLICATION, and do it NOW.
Don't wait even another minute because you said you already filed a YEAR AGO. That means it's going to be approved any day now if you don't step in and do something about it!
The way to cancel is very simple: you send an e-mail to this address (
cpcm-extcom @ cic.gc.ca) and tell them to cancel the sponsorship IMMEDIATELY because you have 100% undeniable evidence that he's been using you AND that he's cheating on you. Keep it short and to the point.
Oh hell, never mind, I'll write the letter for you. All you have to do is copy and paste it into your e-mail and then for the love of god, SEND IT.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to request that my spousal sponsorship application be withdrawn and all further proceedings be cancelled, effective immediately.
I have irrefutable evidence which shows that my husband entered into this marriage under false pretenses in order to commit immigration fraud. I've spoken with an attorney, and have already begun divorce proceedings as a result.
If you require any further information or clarification from me, please contact me at <write your phone number here>.
Thank you for your time and urgent attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
<write your name here>
After you've sent the e-mail, call 1‑888-502-9060, which is the number for Canada Border Services Agency. They're the ones responsible for dealing with - and enforcement of - immigration fraud, including marriages of convenience.
Don't allow this piece of *censored word* to ruin so much as one more minute of your life. Do what needs to be done to get him OUT of Canada, and as far away from you as possible. Yes, I know it hurts and you feel about a hundreds different forms of betrayal and hurt right now, but it's only going to get MUCH worse if he gets his Canadian permanent resident status.
