You need your driver's record if you have been driving longer. Tony's DL only showed 2 years, we had to get a letter.
Simb, have you been driving longer than 3 years? If so, you need to get a letter stating that you have. If you haven't been driving more than 3 years but more than 2, you will be a G2 driver. Less than 2 years and you're a G1 driver. The problem with G1 is you cannot drive without someone who has a G for 5 years beside you. The other problem with G1 OR G2 is insurance is much higher. Ours was 250 a month. Now it's 180, but it will be going back up since I was just in an accident.
I forgot, if you have a car and insurance on it, a letter from them will be needed to get insurance if you plan on getting a car or importing one
