Yes. A Canadian citizen does not need to be resident in Canada until the sponsored spouse/partner lands, so you are fine.

Thank you so much, Mr computerGeek.............................You are always a great helping hand and generous to disseminate information.

HELLO !!!!

So much has happened recently and I seemed to have missed it!!! Congrats to Mameelynn and the "first" (I think) Social Baby! To the booms on your ppr!!! To Lunas on landing!!

And to everyone else! Its been too long! I am waiting for Sir's knitting classes to start and the fun to begin!!!! Have a great weekend.. and Happy Spring to everyone.. its gotta be nice weather all around!!! ;)

My weekend started off shitty.

I was in a car accident today where I T-boned a guy and was charged with failure to yield to oncoming traffic (110 dollar fine). I'm fine physically. Mentally and emotionally, I'm doing rough. $$$ wise, not so great. We are now looking for a new car. The car frame was bent, the bumper was on the street along with the headlights and the airbags never went off. I'm okay, just had several panic attacks and was sent to the hospital. I'm more shaken up than anything.

Can you say stressed out? :(

Oh no! It's good you're okay. Did the doctor give you any kind of pain meds or muscle relaxants? The next few days are going to be some of the most painful of your life. *hugs*

Sorry to hear that Ms P! Car accidents are horrible, please take care and as Sir said you ll be in pain. You don't realize how much damage they do because you are scared but then when the emotional trauma is kinda gone you start feeling soooore. I still feel my knee is messed up because of an accident a couple of years ago.
Please take care!

I am REALLY sore on my shoulder thanks to the seat belt... The paramedics said that if the airbags went off, I probably would be worse off because I'm so short and sit so close to the wheel. My neck and shoulder hurt the most, but I also feel SO bad about the car. It was Tony's first car and we JUST imported it and paid it off :( The look on his face when he saw the car, I thought he was going to do the same thing I did (fall to the ground and cry) But he was my rock. He held me in the hospital and let me bawl my head off. Sigh. Being an adult sucks!!

I'm doing better today. We found three cars that we really like and we have some money saved up that was going to be used for our debts but now we're getting a car. It's crazy frustrating find to find an automatic car (I can't hear when to shift for standard) that has 4 doors! .. Well no, it's hard to find one that won't break down next month haha.

Tony's Aunt seemed more upset about the car than me... which is weird. Everyone I talked to, even the guy I hit, was more concerned about me because I was freeeeeeaking out.

So all in all, today is a little better. I'll be glad when everything goes smooth for longer than 4 months though!

How is everyone else?

Oh Mrs. Parker.. Things are gonna get better! Its these bumps in the road that remind us we are human! At least that is what I tell myself!

I am ready for summer.. and with the sun shining today.. I think I am close!!! Now just for a few more holidays to get out and enjoy it!

It looks gorgeous outside and it's not even 10am. I'm stuck inside studying :( Hubby's birthday is Friday :D
