Oh March! I took two days off work on the first week. Then I get to visit my hubby in about 20 days

We're running low on it because of all the expenses with importing and safetying Tony's car.

Plus we'd like to go to Nashville during the summer... add in there's two weddings we're going to and debt to be paid off.

Our debit cards and online banking haven't been working. My husband went into the bank to check into the issue. Apparently my debit card got skimmed. I have a charge from some video store that I've never been to. Awesome.

I'm not sure how much it takes. Without a lot of details, it might sound like a personal vendetta versus a real compliant. I'm sure they keep them on file, however. I imagine you'll need something to ID her though. They can't make a random report for a female sponsoring an Iranian spouse. That would probably cover a lot of couples who are genuine.

Got it. Guess it's out of our hands now. So frustrating, but I think what goes around comes around. I believe in karma!

how much is the importing of the car costing? I have been budgeting about $500 for ours but now I'm worried it will be more!

It depends on alot. I know for sure there's 195 importation fee, e-test (for Southern Ontario) is 35 bucks. Safety is around 50-150 depends on if there are repairs needed. Insurance varies, and the recall clearance letter depends on who made your car. If it's GM, 270 bucks for a letter that I personally think was dipped in gold since it cost that much!

I'm sorry boom! I know how it feels to see others so far ahead of you getting approval and it seems to just drag on for yourself! I hope you get your approval this week!

You are complaining about two or three months of additional wait than others...Though not a family category applicant, just see my time line...The process started in 2009 and still continuing without knowing when it will get over. Be grateful to God that at least your application is getting processed...and much faster than many 1000s of applicants.

I am aware that I have it easier than others in terms of the time. I have said a number of times before that I am lucky, but there is more to what I posted that I haven't disclosed on the forum.

aw thanks. it happens every now and then, but for the most part I've been positive. we probably won't see an approval until may or June... we could get lucky!

Could get lucky... Darling your gonna get lucky and things are gonna be good. Positive thoughts to all of us still waiting!! Any movement is a good sign.. just keep thinking yours is next!!
