Not... really. I'm so stressed out, my chest has been really tight and ugh. We got into a fight with hubby's brother last night because he flaked (sorta. He worked late and didn't get to where hubby's passport was to give the landlady the money to send it) and now the landlady sent it, but it will take a week or more. UGH! I'm TERRIFIED that the visa is going to expire before it gets here.

Before anyone says anything, I know it's only been 3 days since they got it, but I'm still worried

The officer asked me a lot of question and at the end told me that the relationship already looked set up, not real. My heart sank because I was true to him %100. They had already been tipped off, and it wasn't me. The officer Knew about the women and all I had to do was confirm. He explained that she will have consequence because she sponsored someone in the country and are not together anymore and continue to say married to immigration. The officer could share with me info regarding our file, I was in shock with what was said. He asked if we had our interview? I said "NO". I said "Google" was my best friend. LOL

Question, what is there next step?

Next steps are you empty out his belongings. Get rid of anything and everything that remotely reminds you of him. Keeping even just one thing will remind you of the hurt he caused and pain you endured. I learned this watching a show on TV....can't remember what it was called. But it makes sense. It still hurts I'm sure however when you look back to this day a year from now, you'll be so thankful that you did what was clearly the right thing to do. Actually the GREAT NEWS is, you are many steps closer to finding true happiness. This was just another hurdle and could have happened to anyone so don't be hard on yourself.

I do remember one Christmas, I was about 7 and it was one of the nicest Christmas'ess ever!

We had a live tree with all sorts of tinsel (remember that silvery stuff that would end up all over the house?)

Christmas balls that were made from thread and would tousel real easily?

Anyhow, I remember my mom coming home with this black hefty garbage bag and in it were toys ...mostly hot wheels, a train set, a school bus, Tiger Cats figurines so mainly for boys........


But there he was.......my eyes lit up at the one pink plush item in the bag....

My very own Care Bear (though I had really wanted a Cabbage Patch).

I never knew how she afforded these toys for many years but later on realized she must have gone to a toy drive to get them for my brother and I that year.

I will never forget that Christmas.

The thrift stores were normal shopping trips with my mom. Never really knew the difference actually.
