Well, I have good news everyone.

I think I mentioned some time ago that I was having issues with my university jerking me around, so I wrote an email to the President of the University, detailing my experiences.

Now strangely, my advisor is falling over herself trying to help me and making extra sure my needs are met. She was also magically able to answer the questions I had.

I never heard back from the president, but it appears my message got through.

I'm actually in the midst of being jerked around by National Student Loans... I've mentioned here that I'm hearing impaired. I have a hearing aid in my right ear, and a Cochlear Implant in my left. While my hearing is a lot better than it used to be, on the phone it's still not the best. Add in I can't understand accents WHAT.SO.EVER. So they tell me to CALL THEM......................... there's no e-mail. I'm not impressed GRRRRRRR. Perhaps I shall fax them or something.. hmm.
