There is no such thing as "smooth" immigration, so get that out of your head. This is the hardest thing you'll ever do - most people have taken huge career/financial risks to come to Canada to live here, study here, work here and often in lower positions, to quality for even a shot at PR often with agonizing wait times along every step of the journey.
dear see my wife is doctor and i am pharmacist so still i am preparing for ilets also my wife so still there is confusion who will be primary applicant me or my wife secondly she is out of practice and i am doing job what your suggestion
If your wife's NOC is a physician then her degree must be evaluated through the Medical Council of Canada. If your NOC is a pharmacist then your degree must be assessed through PEBC. This is even if you have no plans of practicing. I don't know of any provinces that consider these NOCs since they are licensed professions. Hi Imran. I am also a pharmacist. If you are looking for a PNP opening, you should find work as a pharmacist or at least a pharmacist intern. This is not possible via WES. You need to go through PEBC. This is the only go through the process of pharmaceutical jobs.

But PGWP is for students. So what is the only way - Express Entry? The best scenario for a pharmacist. Start the PEBC until getting the eligibility to license. Then the eligibility letter will offer MSc degree CRS score in EE. If the candidate is able to pass the evaluating exam (sometimes provinces requires any part of the qualifying as well) an intern license can be offered in certain provinces.
Based on this intern license the candidate can either find a job or PNP application depending on the province
