"Could you please advise me on the most suitable Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for Canadian immigration, given my Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 370 and my academic background in Biochemistry (PhD) with 2 years of teaching experience? I'm planning to immigrate to Canada through Express Entry, and I'd like to explore PNP options that would allow me to bring my family with me. What PNP streams would be the best fit for my profile, and what recommendations do you have for me?"

None without a job offer. Your CRS score is 100 points too low unless fluent in both languages. PNP quotas are cut in half so focus for provinces are in specific NOCs, job offers and working/studying in the province.

So if planning to immigrate and not fluent then score will not be selected. Where do you teach? How old are you because with PhD your score should be higher.

Bringing your family with you means spouse , children if any .
Parents aren’t coming with you

That’s all mute . Since as mentioned your score is FAR to low and not competitive

Your score is far too low for Express Entry.

PNP is only an option if you are working and living in Canada or have a job offer in Canada.

You need to significantly increase your score and/or secure a job offer in Canada.

Would add that if your parents being able to live with you longterm is important Canada may not be a good option. Parent sponsorship is not guaranteed and the demand far exceeds the number of spots available. The government should make this clear on the IRCC website since many are under the false impression that all it takes is 3 years of a a certain income. There really hundreds of thousands applicants for a very small number of spots.
