No further updates at my end yet. No response from LVO after I followed up upon my lawyer's recommendation.
Leaving for bank in next hour to query RPRF DD encashment.

I hope to get my passports back latest by Septemebr 15 , that would be the 6 weeks timeline. I checked my e case today , no change , I have seen with other members , ecase changing to decision made, so I guess no decision made as yet .

Sent email July 25 to LVO asking if they receive my result already. July 27, replied received saying they got the result and it's already on a final review.

Sent email again Aug 3, clarifying where is my application if it is still in the MEDICAL section or its in the VISA OFFICER, replied received today Aug 7, saying that it's already in the VISA OFFICER..

My question is how long it will take to know if my visa is approved or denied? What is the time frame? I live here in Norway applying under LCP..

LBM. I find it out when i tried to send a query regarding my application. The auto reply revealed all.

There is actually no time frame to predict when you will get ur visa?

They say after meds wait for 3-4 months but many people have got PPR earlier .

So it's anybody's guess !!

Done inquiry but no reply 30 July, 2012

I also include from the beginning of my application my Original Passport.
And now I am waiting for the final decision it may come up with my aplication in LCP program.

I have read some forum that it tooks only 4-5weeks after the medical the visa release.

Now, I would like to know is any one of you guys have received reply and have the visa landed in your hand.

I do hope this would not affect with this month since there is 7days holiday in celebration of Ramadan that would be (18-23 August).

I am hoping for this month.

Thanks for keeping my hopes high. However, not sure if it signifies that PPR is now imminent. Do you think it means my lawyer's concerns were incorrect?

Looking my timelines today, I was wondering if they're going to ask for updated PCCs now! Here's a bit of backgrounder on PCCs:

It has been exact one year since I sent PCC + Birth Certs for self and spouse + Dependent updated Passport - Delivered 8 August 2011
1st CSE: Followed up docs receipt confirmation | LVO feedback: File is under B/G check | 14 Sept 11
2nd CSE: Requesting an update | LVO feedback: file still under B/G check | 30 Nov 2011
3rd CSE: With my concerns over PCC expiry | LVO feedback: IELTS & PCC Received; LVO will contact if updated PCC reqd | 23 Feb 2012

How good will it be to presume that the security checks are also complete, considering they've not asked for updated PCCs.
