Any late September or October Pakistani national applicant (applied from Pakistan) got the email of further processing or MR from visa officer London?

Dear Seniors,

Kindly share your views regarding LVO dealing of applications; whether they deal with respect to NOC wise or Nationality or place applied from and what are their priorities in dealing with?

As I can see that NOC 4011 October applicants getting MR emails and NOC 2131 September applicants are still waiting. Kindly elaborate this mystery.

No one will tell you with 100% surety but i think they are dealing mostly with respect to NOC most of the time.

171 days since PER (28th Oct). No proactive contact of any kind. We have speculatively sent off police certificates and used to opportunity to ask for an update. We just had the standard response i.e. that it's in the queue but hasn't been looked at yet. That was about 2 weeks ago.

NOC: 0111 (seems to be the slowest judging by the forum)
VO: RIH

I am a UK citizen and have never lived or worked abroad so it doesn't look like there is any preferential treatment on that front.

Personally I don't see the point of continually asking for updates or requesting file notes as it seems to me this will just distract the VO's from actually processing the applications. I know it's frustrating but I'm just waiting it out.

Hi
I got single line in ECAS and NOC is 2132.
My application date is 4th July and PER on 28th October.
My VO is RIH and my application also in queue to be reviewed by immigration officer that was 2 months ago.

Good luck.

Please see my time line. NOC 4011 is not super fast. I think it depends on Visa Officer with whom our application is lined up.

It depends on Visa Officer. Someone are dead slow in processing others are super fast. Who is your visa officer?

RIH is in a loooooooooong deeeeeeep sleep

Thank you dear

Hi Guys,

One of my friend who applied for FSW 2014 have a query with regards to his process:

he applied in October and received PER in DEC and MR/PCC request 2 weeks ago. His wife is pregnant and she couldnt go through X-ray test, and the hospital where they did the medical stated in the letter with regards to his wifes pregnancy. His question is "will LVO put his visa on hold or they will proceed with visa issuance?"

1) If they issue visa, he is planning to go to Toronto and his wife will deliver baby there, so his baby automatically becomes canadian citizen.
2) If LVO put his visa on hold, when the process will restart?
3) If his wife delivers baby in India then how will he add his baby into his application if the visa is not issued? If visa is issued, then will his baby become permanent resident automatically or he will have to sponsor the child?
4) If they make landing as soon as the visa is issued and come back to India and deliver the baby, will the baby becomes permanent resident or they have to sponsor him?

@ All members - Your valuable feedback is much appreciated.

Regards,
Sarvesh

Hello Sarvesh,

If a woman is pregnant, the medical cannot be completed. The visa for her will be put on hold.

Once the baby is born, they will have to contact the visa officer and then complete the medical. They will have to resubmit updated documents and forms for the baby, and pay the fee for an additional member.

I have gathered this information from other people's sharing on this forum, and from another site where a few applicant from 2011 and 2013 have shared their experiences.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
S

on the website they say that only contact them if the processing times have been exceeded, and LVO is 34 months, nearly 3 years.

Who in their right mind would wait that long!

The waiting times have not been updated since 2010, surely they can update that as it's 5 years out of date.

Poor performance.

[size=10pt]For me, it's been 185+ days since PER. There has been no PCC, no MR, no RPRF until now.

I'm thinking about abandoning this plan because I suspect that once landed, the authorities will also treat administrative issues with a similar snail speed and cause unbearable hardship.
