Hi Guys,

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]One of my friend who applied for FSW 2014 have a query with regards to his process:

he applied in October and received PER in DEC and MR/PCC request 2 weeks ago. His wife is pregnant and she couldnt go through X-ray test, and the hospital where they did the medical stated in the letter with regards to his wifes pregnancy. His question is "will LVO put his visa on hold or they will proceed with visa issuance?"

1) If they issue visa, he is planning to go to Toronto and his wife will deliver baby there, so his baby automatically becomes canadian citizen.
2) If LVO put his visa on hold, when the process will restart?
3) If his wife delivers baby in India then how will he add his baby into his application if the visa is not issued? If visa is issued, then will his baby become permanent resident automatically or he will have to sponsor the child?
4) If they make landing as soon as the visa is issued and come back to India and deliver the baby, will the baby becomes permanent resident or they have to sponsor him?

Dear you must raise CSE and also order notes if not yet ordered. It has been very delayed and this is really unfair to hold things for such long. Wish you all the very best, keep the patience

LBM usually takes 9 or 10 days for MR after updating 2nd Line.

My 2nd line updated last month..

She is very fast but still not hasnt sent MR.. maybe my 2nd line was soon after few days of PER

Your time line is almost similar to mine. My second line got updated on 14th April. Before second line update, I had raised CSE to know about the receiving of my docs requested by LVO and in reply to my CSE, VO said that she would by contacting me again in next week or so.

I also raised CSE on 2nd April which was replied by LBM on 8th April after the ester holidays. Then on 9th I informed LBM about few circumstantial changes in our case. Same day she replied me and asked me to update Schedule A form for my wife and to incorporate those changes. I sent Schedule A on 10th for which she replied on 13th and told me that there are some mistakes in Schedule A and asked me to correct them. I corrected those mistakes and send Schedule A again to her and She acknowledged that on same day. On 14th April my 2nd line updated that We have started processing you Application on April 10, 2015. Now I am waiting for MR.
