Please see my time line. NOC 4011 is not super fast. I think it depends on Visa Officer with whom our application is lined up.

Dear Seemab,

Please see the below details. This is the 22nd Oct. applicant with MR while you are still waiting.

User Name: Shadhin; Visa Office: LVO; NOC: 4011; App.filed: 22-10-14; PER: 22-01-15; 2nd Line: 19-03-15; MR: 08-04-15

By comparing your and this guy data, I draw following conclusion. I may be wrong in my analysis;

1. Applications reached from CIC to LVO are segregated on the basis of place applied from and then may be on the basis of nationality.
2. Place from where you are applying matters alot rather than nationality. As in above mentioned case,I think this guy applied from Oman and you from Pakistan.
3. This is true that different visa officers deal the same NOC and their pace of work may be different but they are accountable too.
4. It is true that each application has its own processing time basis of its nature of complexity.

Regards,

Raza

Dear Raza,

I agree with your analysis. Applications sent from gulf countries are getting processed at faster pace than from Pakistan. Second factor is your visa processing officer, some officers are dead slow like VCM and RIH and others are faster like BWJ and LBM.

[size=10pt]For me, it's been 185+ days since PER. There has been no PCC, no MR, no RPRF until now.

I'm thinking about abandoning this plan because I suspect that once landed, the authorities will also treat administrative issues with a similar snail speed and cause unbearable hardship.

U r right bro i agree with u.its been almost 162 days no reply i will wait for 1 more month then i might think of some other country.this wait is disgusting now

A common question for all Y people at NDVO are getting preference as compared to Lvo.If u analyze applicants there they are almost 90% processed and here may be 10%.Applicants from there are diverted to different offices to decrease workload and here nothing happens but y?

Why?

Well that's easy, because nothing/no one cares. Scary, because there are chances we may face same administrative delays once landed.

From the table it seems that RIH is sending MR after 5 -6 months from PER date And has missed out the applicants who got their PER in Oct 2014. Just do nit understand the logic of how the applications are being processed.

I think he is still working on October and November applicants. May be some applicants of October are shortlisted for interview because one applicant cantor got reply on his CSE that he is short listed for interview

When u use DHL, they gave u the proof of delivery on their website, whem ever it shows delivered the next thing u can donis to send emaIl to BWJ and attach ur proof of delivery in it.. i did the same. But they never responded to tht email, still i hv my record updated to be qouted if some one say "documents not received"

Did u mention the file# onthe envelope coz they ask us to do tht, it helps them identify the emvelope easily..
