Want to know experts views about the following case.

My brother had applied for SINP program about 4 years ago, about a year ago he was requested for IELTS, he scored the overall 4.5 (which is also the minimum required. listening (4.5), speaking (5.5), writing (5.0) and reading (3.5). the minimum required was Listening 4.5, Reading 3.5, Writing 4.0, and Speaking 4.0.

He got rejection stating that he will have problems in finding job. He had got 90 days to reply. He found full time Job offer letter, letters of support from brothers in Canada, and also the Saskathcewan government showed their support for my brother in their reply to London Visa office.

I want to know that what are his chances now? will they still keep their decision or will now change it after the job offer and other letters?

Thanks in Advance.

I have a question. On the Appendix A-Updated Information Chart, do I need to write the information? I can't find a way to type it on the pdf file.

This is what i dont understand about london visa office. They seem to be tough to every applicant and ask documents many times. I will share an example to you. I am also SINP nominated applicant. provincial government already accessed my application and nominated based on their requirements and province necessity. Now the big problem is when your file gets to London visa office, here they ask everything once again. My friend was nominated later than me, applied late but his file went to India (even he also lives in UK but request india office, so did i). He was requested passport recently but my file is still in process. India visa office didnt ask anything except medical and police report. but here in london they ask proof of funds, IELTS (in some cases), updated forms again and so on. Also, in practise federal government mustn't interfere with the decision of province, unless major issue arise but london visa office always seek way to challenge the decision of province. I am in another thread where applicant visa was rejected for not providing sufficient language may be 6.0( i cant remember). But later with the help of province his application was reprocessed. i am not sure if that got approved. Unless province withdraw your brothers nomination for language reason your brother is in safe side.

I am really glad that your brother got job. so i think the situation might be changed as you said above. i am not sure what option would be best but maintain correspondence with SINP and also email immigration program manager about the decision and ask why? Also i suggest you may need to seek advice from attorney. I am really sorry to hear about that but for applicants in LDVO suffer quite a lot. i hope your brother case will be reinstated and get visa. please press hard as you can to LDVO, you have the right to defend the decision and officer must be able to satisfy the reason on his they rejected application as per the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. also province needs to communicate with you if they withdraw the nomination and they too need to satisfy your brother.
Hope this helps (but totally based on my experience)

Hi, did you send copies of passports along with "Updated Info Chart"? that case PPR1 is automatically fulfilled. Some people do so and so did I as my initially submitted passports had expired and my chart was updated in real sense.
Anyhow, as far as the case is linked and on positive track, it does not matter to be worried.
By the way, was your initial VO London and why it has been changed to AbuDhabi, any clue?

Congratulation!!!

Will you please share what else they ask to submit to Abu Dhabi office along with the passport? if they have asked the photos, then did they provide any photo specification?

I was advised my PR documents had been mailed from the London VO a while back but am still to receive them. What delivery method is used by the Lonon VO and how may I track
