If you remember NDVO started a bit slow with the first MRs, but then picked up the pace after couple of weeks or so ...
Hopefully LVO will start issuing more MRs in March.

Additional documentary evidence of your professional experience: letters of employment, contracts, payslips and bank statements showing the deposit of your salary

my salary does not come in my account, I get my salary as cash, how I show the bank statement

Did u get any sort of interview call or just additional documentation request, and no MR? From the documents you have been asked to provide, it appears to be interview call.
