Then u need to send all requested documents to LVO, with an explaining that you get your salary by hand and not paid into your bank account.

update: today got an e mail from LVO asking for some additional documents: -New Schedule A Background Declaration forms for your spouse listing their full personal and address history from the age of 18 to date with no gaps.
-Copy of your marriage certificate with a translation
-Details of your relationship with your spouse: where you met, where you married and documentary evidence that you are in a continuing relationship
-Photographs from your wedding
-Updated police certificates for yourself and your spouse from your current countries of residence

after UCI number received file transfer to London office, will London office send new UCI or file number? got GSM notes all update was done as of 26-08-2013 i.e. @ time draft charge and before file transfer to London office.

It is normal practice for visa offices to hire third parties to get required information about the applicant. They don't have resources to consume on all BG checks.

my salary does not come in my account, I get my salary as cash, how I show the bank statement
