Hii everyone,

I had sent a case specific enquiry to London office and got following reply. Anybody can shed some light, whether the second sentence (highlighted) mean that they have started processing my case?

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post to the mailing address provided in the application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Yours sincerely,

Thanks Arman and Mezo.

But does this mean they have started processing my application or it is still pending review?

It could mean both. Unfortunately the statement is not affirmative.

Response from CHC London :

This is in response to your recent enquiry.

As you have previously been advised, your application is currently undergoing routine background checks. We will contact you once these have been completed. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. We not routinely respond to the same query.

We hope this information is of assistance.

@ Vaibhavvd

As yet, u havent recieved medical request (so as i ) and e-status not showing IN PROCESS, so i reckon it means still to be reviewed. Not in process yet ! Yet an immigration officer to open ur file for background checks and decide accordingly for medical request !

Can you share ur timeline plz !

At Glance, it means WAIT AND WAIT !

Regards

Folks,

We have to wait and wait only. Sending many enquiries will get you no where and only waste your time and theirs.

Good luck to all,

Cheers
