I got my CAIPS today, but nothing useful in it!!! even BF’D is 22.07.2010!!! I don’t know how BF’D is still 22.07.2010 and no new BF’D is written.

Hello CANADAOU

How could it be like that. It is okey, nice to see even that one. when did you apply CAIPS report?
Anyway we are on the same line our status will change all together. as most of our friends got reply on e mail they will not give any status change until new year. It is not far lets wait and see.

I think this is the BF'D which was set by CIO ( 120 days + transfer time). what is strange that when V.O. send you AOR he should have set another date!! ( no clue)

As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK. The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People. Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London.

The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway. Our office hopes to complete the transfer by December 2010.

Our office has not yet received your application. However, the transfer of files from Islamabad is still ongoing. We cannot confirm or deny at this time if your application will be processed in London. Please be advised, if your application is transferred to our office, our office will contact you when we are in a position to begin processing your application. Please wait until this letter has been received before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.

You may resend your enquiry after January 2011, if you have not received any correspondence from our office.

We regret that our office cannot provide status updates at this time.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or email to the mailing address or email address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address or email address. Please also notify us if you would like to withdraw your application. For all other updates, wait until you are contacted by our office or the Islamabad office.

Hi,

You applied under the Fast Track and yes it is fast track its just that Islamabad office is not processing permanent residence applications anymore so they are transfered to London office and london is a very busy office as it look middle east and other countries applications as well so that is why they have fiven you a time until January next year, applicants who submitted application in Aug-Oct last year are now receiving Medical requests so you will hear something soon, dont worry to much about this email as they reply same to everyone.

The quota for 2010 is 240,000 - 265,000 immigrants.Citizenship and Immigration Canada usually achieves the midpoint of this range. In 2010,Citizenship and Immigration Canada expects achieving the upper end of this range, allowing Canada to welcome more immigrants in the economic category than originally planned. This includes federal skilled workers and record-level numbers of provincial nominees, without reducing the number in the family or humanitarian immigration categories. CIC has also announced that they will need to manage the number of new applications or risk creating new backlogs and longer processing times.

IMM 1017S is a medical form , i dont know why they have put that send in Aug 2010 when you havent receive anything.

yes i only receive 2nd AOR in aug 2010, anyway Allah knows better.

Ali green will told us if he facing same statments in his caipsnotes.
