hello does anyone here on implied status applied for their permanent residency ..coz i apply for my extension of work permit and till now they are not yet opening files they receive on feb i sent mine feb 4 may work permit will expire on april 29 ..i am 2 yrs of LIC in may 02 so i am about to send my pr/owp application .. am i allowed to apply even i am on implied status ?? thanks guys.. pls kindly answer me

Hi! I would like to ask is it okay that my point of exit is Philippines? I am here in Europe and planning to go home first before entering Canada working as a caregiver. Is it possible for me? If so, are there any addyional requirements I need to comply? Tahnk you so much

I submitted my app kit on 19th Jan and cic received on 23rd Jan.
I got a email on 12th Feb and access online as well. I called cic at the beginning of April and told me didn't process OWP yet. If it is not issued on 23rd May, I can call cic again. Nothing else and just wait.

Congrats to all who have completed the requirements for PR, those of us who r in line waiting for open permits know what it feels like to be preparing our documents. It is a tedious process but please b encouraged to hang in there knowing that the best is yet to come.

I got the letters from employers very timei went to vacation overseas, but nobady checked it.

Hi Everyone,
By the grace of God, i will be eligible to apply for PR soon. Please can anyone who has been able to get police clearance from their home country give me any helpful tips? I'm not quite sure where to start from.
Any tips from Live-in Caregivers that have gone through the whole PR application process would also be very helpful.
