Lol....omg everytime I asked about time and process I get my answer anyways. Just received my opw through the mail....so it took 6 business days.

Anybody here who got their opw with 2 years validity?.
My passport is valid till 2018 but they issued my opw with 2 years
validity only.
Anybody who got opw valid for two years only?

Hello everyone! I am confused. Gusto ko lang sana mag ask ng opinions especially sa mga nag file na ng PR. I will be filling my PR application this coming October 2014, currently I am here in Winnipeg, Manitoba. May friend ako who's willing to sponsor my family under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. I asked CIC wala naman daw bearing yun with my application if ever ang husband ko ang principal applicant. If you were in my place, would you apply (still) for the MPNP or just wait for your PR application under the LCP?

PNP way of immigrating to Canada is a fast way of migrating. While waiting for your time to file your PR application under LICP your family can try PNP.

I thought cic issued owp up to 4 years or passport expiry date.
They issued mine valid for 2 years only.

Would i be able to renew it coz pr processing time is 39 months?

Hello

I'm going to apply for OWP and PR soon.. I'll be applying using option 2 (3900 work hours). My work permit will expire in April 8, 2015. And I'm planning to send in my application by March 1, 2015 (which is more than 30 days before the expiration of my work permit). Will I be considered out of status? cause I've been reading the forum and it takes 2-4months before you get your OWP. Should I renew my work permit with my current employer? Please advise. Btw, I arrived here in Calgary last April 9, 2013 but started working in May 1st...

Also, Should I include all my pay slips and time-sheets in the application?? (I won't be using overtime work hours. I will be completing around 4000 hours of work without overtime within 22months).
