leave canada while applying for permanent resident

I have an active work permit in canada, and I want apply for permante residence under the "Sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent" not the Family Class because I live in Canada.
But im planning to go back and forth between canada and europe.
Since "If your spouse or common-law partner leaves Canada before becoming a permanent resident, he or she may not be allowed to come back" Is it advisable to apply as Family Class (as if I were living outside Canada)? what is the risk of not being able to come back?

Did you apply inland? I'm not too sure of the rules surrounding that but if you appliednoutlandnit would not be Annie. We travelled quite extensively while my partner applied Outland. Yes it caused a boynif gried but he was never denied at any point.

If you apply Inland, you are advised not to leave Canada throughout the process. Although you get a work permit Inland, the permit says at the bottom of it that it "does not authorise re-entry to Canada." Until you are a PR or citizen, you are not guaranteed entry. It is at the discretion of the border officer. If the officer denies you entry and you have an Inland application, your application can be deemed abandoned and cancelled. There is no appeal procedure for Inland application so if that happened you would have to start over.

I recently went through the Inland process and couldn't go home for 2 years, so take that into consideration.

I could apply Inland but If I am not allowed to leave the country in 2 years I may apply Outland, even if I am in, just to be able to leave this god's sake country. Is that possible and or advisable?

Reason for needing to leave is completely irrelevant. There is nothing to apply for in advance, you will always be taking a risk.

If you intend to go in and out of the country during processing, apply OUTLAND. It's as simple as that.

Interesting adjective for the country you want to come and live in. Are you sure you want to live here?

You can now apply to be treated as an outland, but you might be required to attend an interview in your home country. You also have to kep your visa valid all the time to re enter.
